I'm exploring Singapore with my IPhone 15, walking around the city on foot with the occasional metro ride to extend my range. It's September, the weather is hot and humid with the occasional sudden downpour. I'm sharing pictures by theme, today's theme is Temples.

Singapore is a multicultural city with Chinese, Indians, Arabs, Eurasians and others bringing traditions and customs from their origin. Churches, temples, and mosques are abundant throughout the city state. Each with their own distinct style and practices. Colourful from the outside and open to visitors of all faiths.

Gothic arches reach for the night sky at Chijmes, a former Catholic convent.
The white walls of the Chijmes Chapel lit up by an art installation for the Night Festival. In the basement a big screen services those who pray to the soccer gods.
