It’s almost two years since I rented an electric car for a month and learned that being able to charge at home is a prerequisite. As of this week, I'm finally charging at home.
It's been a while since I last shared about my efforts transitioning to driving electric. It is not like nothing has happened but progress is slow. With the risk of sounding like an angry old man ranting, here goes.

I recently got an opportunity to try out an electric car for one month to see if it would fit with our driving needs. In this third and final post, I look into the economy of acquiring and driving an electric car compared with a combustion engine car.
When I bought our current car in 2015 I promised myself that our next car will be an electric car. So far that has been an excuse to not invest in a new car. However, recently I had a chance to revisit the question.
