LinCon is right around the corner. I will be there and I will bring games and kids.
LinCon is a Swedish game convention in Linköping and has become my new recurring gaming event of the year. Located at the University of Linköping a convenient three hour drive from us and run by a friendly volunteer organisation, LinCon gathers some two thousand people over four days of board games and role playing games.

This year I will run Death of Rapacus, Mars to Stay and Gotlandia. These are all great games that I have hosted many times before and I look forward to run them again. I have beefed up the games a little also this year. New components and a surprise gift or two for the winners. There are still a few seats left but all three events have filled up nicely over the last couple of weeks.
I also bring two card games: Petroglyph and Draw Stranger. These I will present at the game designer room.

I published Petroglyph this spring and I will bring copies for sales at a friendly LinCon price. Try it out and get your copy while you can. I pitched and played Petroglyph with a teen girl Friday at Folk Lab Hallunda. Great to see how she picked up and enjoyed the game. She beat me at my own game and called it clever. Happy game designer here.
Draw Stranger is up for publication next, I want one final round of blind testing to make sure that people can find out how to play the game from reading the rules without me present.

Otherwise spring has arrived with full force and it is such an inspiring time of year. So who knows, maybe another game will pop up soon?
